History
Goldsmiths, University of London, is a public research university in London, England, specializing in the arts, design, humanities, and social sciences. It is a constituent college of the University of London. It was founded in 1891 as Goldsmiths’ Technical and Recreative Institute by the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths in New Cross, London. It was acquired by the University of London in 1904 and was renamed Goldsmiths’ College.
Scope of Works
EV Bullen were appointed to carry out the installation of a new VRV and Ventilation System at St. James’s Block 3 in the Goldsmiths Campus. The installation was installed and designed to provide comfort heating and cooling to 2 no. large teaching areas. The whole project was carried out in a live environment. We were responsible for carefully stripping out the existing heat pump units within St James’s Block 3 and offering them back to the University for retention and re-use around the campus.
