Cliffs Pavilion

The project involved replacement of the existing air handling unit, upgrade and adaptations of the existing control system and new motorised valves. The work was carried out in a timed and careful manner, lowering to the ground floor and then disposed of, with the new air handling unit being craned into position in one piece.

We were employed as the principal contractor to replace the central boiler and hot water system plant serving this eighty room student residence building. All works were carried out during the summer recess and included the replacement of shower doors and complete redecoration of all bedrooms and common areas.
